Apply to Become a Lead Presenter at the 2018 4T Virtual Conference
Our 4T Lead Presenters are a select small group of educators who are excited to share their work with technology in their classroom. We are looking for K-12 educators who are already doing mindful integration of technology in their classrooms and want to share it (it can be a project, or approach to using tech). The 4T team will work with each presenter (pairing them up with a moderator) to make sure they have a strong, interactive and engaging webinar for the 4T conference. We use the Triple E Framework as a guide to making sure the technology integration we are sharing with our participants is research-based. You do not need to have any experience presenting online (or at a conference) to apply.
The Lead Presenter will be expected to do the following:
Participate in 2 Virtual Training Sessions (we will use Blackboard Collaborate for these)
April 21st, 2018: 1pm ET to 4pm ET
May 12th, 2018: 1pm ET to 4pm ET
14 hours on your own outside of our live synchronous training to work on your presentation
Present ONE 60-minute webinar at the 4T 2018 Conference (sometime between May 19-21).
Compensation for our 4T Lead Presenters
We understand that we are asking you to put a lot of thought and time into your presentation, thus we will be compensating our 4T Lead Presenters with the following
20 hours of SCECHS for the state of Michigan (no cost to you)
Certificate of completion of online webinar training from UM SOE
